Designed for strength and performance, our premium electrodes work magic with many different chains, from gold to titanium, from silver to stainless steel. Orion premium tungsten electrodes perform better by keeping a sharp point and fire at a high ignition rate.
Orion Tungsten electrodes will last for a very long time over many, many welds. But they will eventually need to be replaced. Be sure to replace them with genuine Orion Tungsten electrodes, available in 3 different sizes.
- 0.5 mm diameter Tungsten Electrodes that are 66 mm (2.6 in) in length. Pack of 15 electrodes
- 1.0 mm diameter Tungsten Electrodes that are 66 mm (2.6 in) in length. Pack of 15 electrodes
- 1.5 mm diameter Tungsten Electrodes that are 59 mm (2.33 in) in length. Pack of 15.
- 1.0 mm diameter Tungsten Electrodes that are 56mm (2.2 in) in length. The length is specifically for the Zapp Stylus. Pack of 15.
